A Sunday drive to Shelburne Falls, MA

Lori and I hoped into the Jag and traveled up to the little town of Shelburne Falls. A drive of about an hour north and west of Springfield. One of the towns main attractions is the wonderful "Bridge of Flowers" An old Multi arch trolley bridge that has been converted to a beautiful Garden walk. Join us for a moment and share some of the sights in this beautiful New England town.

Oh that is lovely! I love the bridge photos! What is the big vine that you have a couple of pictures of?

If I think I know what pictures you are asking about, they are actually trees.

Next summer we will all have to go up there. You'd really enjoy the bridge. Most of the flowers were past but what was still flowering looked pretty good for this time of summer.

Funny you should ask.... That is a Big Vine... that by the way I took pictures of !! Your best and only hope is Lori.. She was standing right there and maybe she recognised it.. It might be a Frumtoposis Rigamosis but I think they are bluer than this one..

I think it is a Kantankerus Olphartiis....

Anyway...
Lori, what kind of tree twists like that? It's beautiful.
